After Care

  • Rest for a few hours

  • Take a nice relaxing bath or shower

  • Do a few gentle stretches

  • Eat a light meal for your lunch/ evening dinner 

  • Avoid any strenuous tasks

  • Ensure to drink at least 1 - 2 litres of fresh water

  • Make time for a skincare treatment

  • Read a book before bed

  • Try to get an early restful night's sleep

  • Avoid alcohol, tobacco & recreational drugs
